Carlo van Dam looking forward to titleweekend

Carlo van Dam is leading the German ATS Formula 3 championship with 31 points when he starts the weekend at the Sachsenring. This weekend, the German Formula 3 drivers will race on the circuit in the East of Germany on the Sachsenring. This weekend will be important for Carlo as he can win the title.

With a lot of confidence, Carlo arrived on Thursday on the Sachsenring: “This circuit is totally new for me but it’s really cool and challenging. I walked a lap around the circuit and can say that this circuit is really fast and with a lot of altitude difference. I’m really looking forward to the start of this weekend as I like to race on new circuits.”

“I hope to maintain the good form of last weeks to win the championship this weekend. I had a good weekend in Assen a few weeks ago where I scored 23 points, out of the maximum of 24 points. I still hope to have a weekend where I can score 24 points. After the practice I can tell more about this weekend, but first of all we have to fight for wins!”
